01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GetYourDiscount.in (“Platform”), operated by S-Smart Solutions (“Company”, “We”, “Us”), you (“User”, “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

02. Nature of the Platform
  • GetYourDiscount.in is a hyper-local discovery and lead generation platform.
  • The Platform enables Users to find nearby service providers and access promotional offers or discount codes.
  • The Company does not provide, own, control, endorse, or guarantee any services listed on the Platform.
  • The Platform acts solely as an information and connection facilitator and is not a party to any transaction between Users and Vendors.
03. Vendor Listings & No Endorsement
  • Vendor listings are provided for informational purposes only.
  • The Company does not verify, certify, or endorse any Vendor or their services.
  • Any ratings, descriptions, pricing, or service details may be:
    • Incomplete
    • Outdated
    • Inaccurate

Users are advised to independently verify all information before engaging any Vendor.

04. Lead ID & Discount Offers
  • When you express interest in a service, the Platform may generate a unique code (e.g., GyD-Service-XXXXX) (“Lead ID”).
  • This Lead ID may be used to claim offers directly with the Vendor.

Important:

  • All discounts and offers are provided and managed solely by Vendors.
  • The Platform does not guarantee:
    • Availability of any offer
    • Accuracy of discounts
    • That a Vendor will honor a discount

Discounts may be subject to:

  • Expiry
  • Vendor-specific terms
  • Availability
05. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree that:

  • You enter into a direct agreement with the Vendor for any service.
  • You are responsible for:
    • Verifying Vendor credentials, quality, and suitability
    • Reviewing pricing and service terms
  • All transactions, payments, and services occur directly between you and the Vendor, outside the Platform.
06. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Misuse discount codes or Lead IDs
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten Vendors
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or commercially exploit Platform data without permission
  • Interfere with the Platform’s operation or security
07. Data Sharing & Privacy
  • By initiating contact (e.g., clicking WhatsApp or similar), you expressly consent to sharing your:
    • Name (if applicable)
    • Phone number
    • Lead ID
    with the selected Vendor for service-related communication.
  • For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
08. Third-Party Services
  • The Platform may integrate or link to third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp).
  • The Company is not responsible for:
    • Availability or functionality of third-party services
    • Data handling by such third parties

Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms.

09. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

The Company makes no warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy of listings
  • Quality of services
  • Availability of Vendors
  • Business outcomes or savings
10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for:
    • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • Loss of money, business, reputation, or opportunity
    • Service failures or disputes with Vendors
  • The Platform does not guarantee any financial savings or benefits.
  • In all cases, the Company’s total liability (if any) shall be limited to INR 0, as the Platform is offered free of charge to Users.
11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your interactions with Vendors
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Any unlawful or negligent conduct by you
12. Suspension & Termination
  • Restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform
  • Remove or block usage without prior notice

if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

13. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
